WORKSHOP with LORENZO CASTORE

Saturday 8 and Sunday 9, May 2010

PROGRAM
I'll introduce myself to you showing my slideshow and in two intensive days we will work on your images. We will make together an artistic choice to select the pictures more powerful in terms of narrative force and emotional impact. We will get to the composition of a sequence to mount in slideshow. We will think over the general mood of the images selected and on the rhythm given by their sequence to be able "to feel" the music more proper to accompany it.
I think that working on the composition of our own slideshow is a very useful exercise because of the necessary and continuous reflection on the contents and the quality of our images. Moreover it is a creation that affords a flexible presentation of our photographic work because it is possible to modify it, to improve it and to keep it open to receive and to reflect our own changes. L.C.

Multimedia application by Giuliano Berarducci.
In order to optimize time and make it easier the mounting of your images, we recommend to bring them in digital files with the following characteristics: jpeg format, dimension on the long side 1600 pixel, 72dpi.

We suggest to bring your own laptop if you have one.

The workshop will be given in Italian language and translated in English.
